These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 77wc ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 77wc website accessible at 77wc.cam and all associated services, products and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

To access the full range of Services offered by 77wc, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and any balances being voided.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77wc will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: 77wc may require you to submit identity documents, proof of address or other verification materials at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account access.

By accessing the 77wc Platform and using the Services, you agree to comply with the following conditions of use at all times:

77wc reserves the right to monitor all activity on the Platform for compliance with these Terms and applicable law. Any violation may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where required, referral to the relevant authorities.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions conducted through the 77wc Platform:

• Currency: Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless otherwise stated at the time of the transaction.
• Deposit Methods: The cashier section of the Platform lists the payment options currently accepted. 77wc may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback arrangements or other incentives to eligible users. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings. These terms are published at the point of offer.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.

• Bonuses are intended for individual recreational use only. • In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering activity on 77wc:

• Bet Placement: All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selections, odds and stake amounts — before confirmation. 77wc cannot reverse a bet after it has been accepted, except in the specific circumstances described below.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change up until the point of bet placement. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are the odds that shall apply to that wager.
• Void Bets: A bet may be voided where a manifest error occurred in the publication of odds (including obvious pricing errors), where an event is cancelled without a result, or where any other circumstance specified in the applicable sport-specific rules applies.
• Cricket and PSL Markets: Bets on Pakistan cricket matches, PSL T20 fixtures and ICC tournament events are governed by standard international cricket betting rules unless specific market rules state otherwise. In the event of a match being abandoned or interrupted, applicable rules will determine settlement.
• Casino Games: Results of casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, roulette, blackjack and any other game — are determined by certified random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time dealer action. 77wc is not responsible for outcomes resulting from player decisions.
• Maximum Winnings: 77wc reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, markets or game sessions. These limits are published in the relevant game or market information pages.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77wc Platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Services to launder money or to conduct any other activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using any form of artificial intelligence, automated betting software, scripting tool or bot to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers through coordinated low-risk wagering or multi-Account strategies.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing 77wc staff, support agents or other users.
• Accessing the Services on behalf of another person, or allowing a third party to use your Account.

All content on the 77wc Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio and visual elements — is the intellectual property of 77wc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. No rights are transferred to you beyond this limited access licence.

You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, display, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express prior written consent from 77wc.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77wc, its directors, employees, affiliates, licensors and service providers shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any gambling losses incurred by you as a result of using the Services, whether or not such losses result from Platform malfunction, connectivity interruption or user error.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits or loss of business opportunity arising from Platform downtime, maintenance or technical issues.
• Any third-party claims arising from your use of the Services in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 77wc makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal, financial or gambling advice. Users are solely responsible for understanding and complying with the laws applicable to them in their own jurisdiction.
